The Cipriani App is intended for the B2B channel to offer its customers wholesale drinks distribution quickly and easily.

The client

Cipriani was founded in 1970; it has been an established company in the beverage sector for over three generations, distributing and marketing drinks of all kinds, supplying numerous businesses in the Sorrento Peninsula.

The project

The App was born from the need to speed up B2B sales cycles by automating repetitive and manual activities and to offer customers the opportunity to request their orders at any time of the day to create a long-lasting relationship of loyalty.

The solution

We have designed for them an app dedicated exclusively to businesses which buy their products from Cipriani (restaurants, bars, shops). With the App, customers can access the company's product catalogue through a reserved area, place their order, select the product to add to their cart or favourites and send their request in a few simple clicks.

This App was created to meet the need to create a tool for businesses which purchase their goods from Cipriani (bars, restaurants, etc.), allowing them to place and manage orders quickly and easily, in complete autonomy. In order to access the application, you need to enter your access credentials, supplied directly by the company.

The app is free and available for Android and iOS. Cipriani App allows you to receive orders from end customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The order is entered directly in the company's management system and processed by the Cipriani team, who can deal with the request as quickly as possible.
